Our chickens eggs finally hatched! We had placed 10 eggs under her and 5 hatched, so that is good. They are adorable and I love seeing our hen being such a good mother, hopefully for our other chicken we get more chcks but for now we will be thankful for anything we get. My dad is also considering buying an incubator so we can hatch eggs and sell the chicks as a small side hustle but we are still thinking about it.

I just watched The Other Bennet Sister and O M G. It is so good, I love Mary's character so much and I feel like I would totally be her if I was living in the regency era. She is smart, funny, and doesn't see her full potential and allure after being in her sisters shadows her entire life. Where the show left off currently she has feelings for Tom, but he is engaged to her new friend from London. The last episode was full of pining and angst as we the viewer also realize that Tom has feelings for her. AHHHH. I really hope they end up together in the end.

I started reading Paladin's Grace, and OMG.... I am obsessed, the main characters are older (like mid 30's) and the writing is fantastical, the plot is based around a series of murders and there are saints/gods. I am only 25% through the book and I'm pretty sure its going to be one of my favorite reads this year.

I finished reading The Hunger by (author). Overall I gave it 3.5 stars, I was honestly expecting a bit more and the book didn't live up to my expectations.

One of the chickens went broody, so I gave her 10 eggs. By March 24/25 we should have baby chicks. Also, our chickens are finally laying but they do so outside of their nests so I find eggs in the most random places. Just this past week I have been finding 1 egg in a trashcan outside, like okay I guess...

I downloaded a vampire sebastian mod to my steam deck and sjksjsjs I am obsessed, the dialogue is intriguing and it makes the game so much more fun. I plan to romance Sebastian and Harvey pero a ver que pasa.

My favorite chicken passed away, she was really weak the day before and she wasn't eating. When I went to check up on her in the morning she could barely open her eyes before passing away in my arms. I cried. I cleaned up after myself and dug a small grave for her under a mesquite tree.
